It sounds like you don't have the current version of the free Adobe Flash player installed on your computer. You'll need it to view any of the cards, you can download it here for free.
Ok, at the risk of sounding rude, have you turned your speakers on?
If you have, check that you haven't hit the mute button, or that the volume
isn't turned down.
Sorry to hear that - it can only be because the email and password you're using doesn't match our records. You can request a password reminder here, and an email address reminder here.
There are a number of reasons why your card may not have been received.
Start by checking your card history. If the card is listed, then it definitely left our server. It may be that your receipient simply hasn't checked their email yet. They will automatically receive two reminders that they have a card waiting, one after 3 days, and another after 7 days.
Secondly, check that the address you used was correct (for example hotmail.com instead of hotmail.co.uk). If the card was undeliverable (because of an bad address), you would have received a notification from us immediately, and the card would show as undeliverable in your card history.
There's a chance that your recipient has a spam filter set up which is stopping the card from reaching their inbox. In particular this can effect Hotmail, Yahoo and AOL addresses. If you suspect this may have happened, ask your recipeint to check their junk mail box, and to add www.joandjoe.com to their 'safe' list before you send them more cards. We do everything possible to avoid this happening, and are continually monitoring the spam mail situation.
Yep - just click resend in your card history
No problem, simply update your details before sending any more cards.
