We are always working to improve access to our properties and the spaces within to ensure those who require assistance with their mobility or those who are fully or partially deaf or blind can have an enjoyable and unhindered experience. Digital

 

We aim to provide an approachable and enjoyable digital experience for all our guests, regardless of physical or cognitive ability, and including those who use assistive technology.

 

We view accessibility as an ongoing effort and work with Web Usability to undertake periodic accessibility reviews of our website – joandjoe.com. Additionally, JO&JOE adheres to the Website Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1 to level AA) in the design, testing and development of our content.

 

Our website links out to a number of third party websites. Unfortunately, we are unable to determine the level of accessibility for these sites or content published by third parties.

Huge accessible ground floor with lobby, restaurant, bar and a nice garden.

  • Lobby : lower PRM desk in order to allow a person in wheelchair to complete check in process

  • Terrace next to the Chill & Snack corner is accessible to PRM thanks to a ramp
  • Parking: 1 parking spot reserved
  • Chill & Snack corner and rooms accessible via elevators
  • Garden: wheelchair accessible
  • In the elevator, floors are written in Braille

  • 1 dorm (8 people) with 1 PRM adapted bed and 1 private room (2 people)

  • The double bed is lowered: the height of the wooden bed base is 40cm – on each side of the bed the shelves (bedside tables) are also at the same level as the bed base.
  • Bathrooms have support bars -one for the shower and one for the toilets- and removable chairs in the shower.

Located in a nice neighbourhood, fully accessible all the way up to the rooftop!

  • Lobby : accessible reception desk, the entrance to the second floor, which includes reception and restaurant, has a ramp entrance with access for the disabled
    In the reception, there is a space at the height of someone with reduced mobility.

  • Rooftop, rooms, Chill & Snack corner are accessible via elevators
  • All doors are large enough for wheelchair users
  • Public toilets on ground level, in the basement and on the rooftop, with their respective handrails and emergency call system, sink height, and with enough space for mobility
  • The elevators have enough space for someone with reduced mobility

  • 1 private twin bedroom
  • The room is located in the 2nd floor (1st floor in France) and is spacious with 2 single beds
  • The toilet has a support bar (a support bar and chair for the shower will be implemented in the near future)
