1. What does breakfast include? What time is it served?

Our continental breakfast, served from 7 am to 10.30 am, includes:

  • Fruit juice
  • A hot drink
  • Bread, butter, and delicious spreads such as jam, honey and chocolate
  • Something savoury (cheese/tomatoes)
  • Miniature pastry
  • Fresh fruits

You can plan it in while booking or ask directly on-site during check-in. Please note: There is a one-euro charge if you go for it on the same day.

2. Is there a kitchen area?

The Happy House has a work surface, a large fridge, a microwave and a vending machine with drinks, sandwiches, pasta boxes and more. You can whip up a quick snack whilst meeting fellow backpackers staying at JO&JOE.
Please note: During the health crisis, the availability of the Happy House and its equipment is subject to change. Please do not hesitate to inquire when you make your reservation.

3. Are linen and towels provided in every room?

Bed linen is provided in every room; towels, however, are only provided in private rooms.
Towels are available for hire at the reception for guests staying in the dormitories at an additional cost of €4.

4. How do I get to the nearest metro station?

Turn right when leaving the hotel and walk straight ahead for 50 meters. You will arrive at line 9. From there you can easily reach all of Paris including all the railway stations.

5. Opening hours of the kitchen

Our kitchen is open from 7 am to 11 pm.

6. Do you have a meeting room?

Yes, a 20m²-meeting room is at your disposal for 10 people. You can also rent our rooftop. Send your request to events.paris.nation@joandjoe.com for more information on this topic!

7. At what time do the common areas close?

To let everyone get a good night’s sleep, the bar and the restaurant close at midnight from Sunday to Wednesday and at 2 am on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. After this time, you can continue partying elsewhere and return at the time you wish. There is no curfew.
In the spirit of neighbourliness, The rooftop closes at 10 pm after which time you can enjoy the rest of your evening in the bar and restaurant.
Happy House is restricted to guests staying at JO and closes at midnight every day. Please note: During the health crisis, the opening hours of common and public areas are subject to change.

8. What time can we arrive?

Check-in is from 3 pm. Lockers are available in the reception area for your belongings should you arrive a little earlier, at an additional cost of €3 until 6h and €7 until 24h.

9. What time is check-out?

Check-out time for your room is 10 am at the latest. Of course, you may leave your luggage in one of our secure lockers for an extra charge and enjoy Paris for a few more hours. Late check-out until 1 pm is possible for an extra charge of ten euros (subject to availability).

10. How many rooms does JO&JOE Nation have? 

32 rooms, divided into double, triple, quadruple, dormitories of 6 and 8, for a total of 162 beds.
