1. What does breakfast include?

At JO&JOE Auckland we have barista coffee offering with a café style snack ie muffins, There is no breakfast offering

2. Are linen and towels provided in every room?

All double rooms come with linen. You may purchase a towel at an extra cost of $2 when staying in an individual bunk bed.

3. How do I get to the nearest station?

The nearest metro station is 4mins walk, just around the corner. Bus stops are also just 4mins walk.

4. What time is check-in?

Check-in starts from 3 pm. Arriving early? No worries — you can leave your stuff in the lockers at level 1 communal lounge for a small fee. And whenever you’re ready, our 24/7 reception means you can check in anytime.

5. What time is check-out?

The room must be vacated at 10 am at the latest. You can, of course, use our lockers on level 1 communal kitchen. Booking a Late Check-Out can also be an option at a fee of $15 up to 1pm

6. Is there a kitchen area?

Our Happy House is located on Level 1 which is equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave, oven and equipment with which you can make a snack whilst meeting fellow backpackers staying at JO&JOE.

7. Restaurant / bar / breakfast times

Ground Floor coffee shop opens at 6am all day long and our lunch and dinner menu run form 12pm until late.

8. Do you have a car park? How much does it cost?

No carpark available

9. Do you have a meeting room?

No meeting room available.

10. Are pets allowed?

Your lovely pets are allowed for €15 per stay, only in private rooms.

11. Is there an age restriction?

JO&JOE is generally 18+, but if you’re traveling with your parents or a legal guardian, you’re more than welcome to stay with us.
