1. What does breakfast include? What time is it served?

We offer our guests a small continental breakfast which is served vom 7 am to 10:00 am, which includes:

• Bread rolls
• Sausage/Cheese
• Jam
• Yoghurt/muesli
• Vegetables
• Coffee & juices

2. Is there a kitchen area?

Our Happy House has a worktop, 2 refrigerators, a microwave and equipment with which you can make a snack whilst meeting fellow backpackers staying at JO&JOE.

3. Are linen and towels provided in every room?

Bed linen is provided in every room; towels, however, are only provided in private rooms. If you want to book a bed in a dormitory, you can rent a towel at the reception for €2.

4. Where are you located?

Our hostel is located directly at Europaplatz in the “HÜS”! We share this with the new IKEA Wien-Westbahnhof! You’ll find us on the 5th & 6th floor, but we also run the fantastic roof terrace on the 7th floor. Just take the lift, which is located at Europaplatz, to the 5th floor, where you will find our reception!

5. How do I get to the nearest metro station?

We are located directly at one of Vienna’s transport hubs, the Vienna Westbahnhof, above the underground lines U3 (orange) and U6 (brown).

6. Restaurant & bar opening hours?

Our restaurant serves food from:

• 7 am – 10 am
• 11.30 am – 2.30 pm
• 5.30 pm – 10.00 pm

The bar is open from 7 am to 1.30 am.

7. Do you have a meeting room?

Yes, we have 2 beautiful meeting rooms in our JO&JOE. If you want to rent them or need more information, just send an email to: HB677-RE@accor.com.

8. What time can we arrive?

Check-in is guaranteed from 3 pm. Lockers are available in the reception area for your belongings should you arrive a little earlier. You can check in anytime you want, our reception is staffed 24 hours a day.

9. What time is check-out?

The room must be vacated at 10 am at the latest. You can, of course, leave your luggage at reception while you go and enjoy Vienna for a few more hours or book a Late Check-Out till 1 pm for € 5 per person.

10. Is there an age restriction?

In all JO&JOEs there is an age restriction of +18 years, also here in Vienna. However, there are exceptions if you are travelling with your family or a school/study/work group.

11. Do you have a car park? How much does it cost?

Due to our sustainability concept, we do not have our own parking spaces, but we do have a cooperation with a parking garage in the immediate vicinity. The price per day is €25.
