**E2C1 (Positive Energy and Carbon Energy): this is an approach that aims to minimize a building’s impact on the environment. This applies in particular to construction, use and renovation. HQE is defined as a multi-criteria approach.

***CLASSIFICATION “auberge collective” (Atout France): classification of collective accommodation covers hotels, campsites, leisure parks, tourist residences, vacation villages and collective inns. Tourist customers are increasingly demanding, and stars remain an important and universal benchmark. France has therefore decided to improve its classification system by adapting it more closely to customer expectations and international practices.
