To get to Bayonne train station, take the bus line 7 from the Tourist Office, which is a 15-minute walk from JO&JOE. The ticket costs €2 and can be purchased directly on the bus. It will take you 50 minutes to get to Bayonne train station.

The Chill & snack corner has a worktop, 2 mini fridges and a microwave. You can cook simple meals whilst meeting fellow backpackers staying at JO&JOE.
Bed linen is provided in every room; towels, however, are only provided in private rooms.
If you are planning on booking a bed in a dormitory, you can rent a towel for €3 at reception.
Yes! We have a partnership with the Hossegor Surf Club, which is located on La Centrale beach, just a 15-minute walk from JO&JOE. To benefit from the preferential rate we offer, call the front desk directly to book your lesson.
If you are an experienced surfer and only require equipment, it is available to hire. Get 20% off all Hossegor Surf Club equipment upon presentation of your booking at JO&JOE.
The bar/restaurant and the Chill & snack corner close at midnight in order to allow everyone a good night’s sleep. After this time, you can continue partying elsewhere and return at the time you wish. There is no curfew. Your room card can be used to open the entrance gate at night.
Check-in is from 3 pm. Lockers are available in the reception area for your belongings should you arrive a little earlier. You can check in until midnight. If you think you will arrive after midnight, please call to inform reception beforehand.
The room must be vacated at 11 am at the latest. You can, of course, leave your luggage at reception while you go and enjoy Hossegor for a few more hours.
No, the JO&JOE Hossegor will be closed from November to March to get a makeover! 😉

To let everyone get a good night’s sleep, the bar and the restaurant close at midnight from Sunday to Wednesday and at 2 am on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. After this time, you can continue partying elsewhere and return at the time you wish. There is no curfew.
In the spirit of neighbourliness, Le Rooftop closes at 10 pm after which time you can enjoy the rest of your evening in the bar and restaurant.

Our hostel is located directly at Europaplatz in the “HÃœS”! We share this with the new IKEA Wien-Westbahnhof! You’ll find us on the 5th & 6th floor, but we also run the fantastic roof terrace on the 7th floor. Just take the lift, which is located at Europaplatz, to the 5th floor, where you will find our reception!

In all JO&JOEs there is an age restriction of +18 years, also here in Vienna. However, there are exceptions if you are travelling with your family or a school/study/work group.
Due to our sustainability concept, we do not have our own parking spaces, but we do have a cooperation with a parking garage in the immediate vicinity. The price per day is €20.
